Creative Compass Solutions is dedicated to helping individuals and organizations find creative solutions that empower them to achieve their organizational and business goals.
Founded by Paulina O’Kieffe-Anthony, Creative Compass Solutions combines over 20 years of experience to offer essential services like strategic planning, grant writing, infrastructure development, workshops and trainings, and program evaluation to small businesses, individuals and nonprofits and charities.
Our mission is to uplift communities and small businesses, particularly those that are led by Black, Indigenous and People of Color, by providing mentorship and guidance, equipping them with systems and tools and unlocking key resources that foster long-term success.
We have already worked with some amazing clients including the Toronto Arts Council, CBC, Amnesty International, The City of Toronto, Shakespeare in Action, Black Moms Connection and Arts Windsor Essex.
Over the past 20 years our individual consultants have helped secure millions of dollars in funding, supported the development, implementation or evaluation of key programs, and built up organizations from finance to HR.

Paulina O'Kieffe-Anthony
Paulina O’Kieffe-Anthony is an award winning artist, curator, arts educator and creative consultant based in Windsor, Ontario. With over 20+ years of experience working in the not for profit and arts and culture sectors she has had multiple opportunities to support organizations to successfully acquire millions of dollars in funding for projects and ongoing operations as her expertise lies in her understanding of the arts and public funding grants processes.
